"What would Leon do for us?"

[Rynn]

"Huh? What do you mean?"

[Jak]

"If you or me were in his place... what would Leon do to save us? Crazy as he may be, he did care"

[Rynn]

"Well, I guess Leon would go in a fight like a mad man. Use his skills and made up craziness to get out."

[Jak]

"Made up?"

((Aldan was knocked out during the confession XD))

[Rynn]

"Oh yea. Leon told me his psychoticness is all an act. It keeps people from seeing his eyes."

[Jak]

Aldan stuttered "I-I... I see. I never noticed"

[Rynn]

Valene laughed. "I didn't either. He had to tell me for me to understand."

[Rifter]

Kal listened carefully, "If I could fly, I'd try to drop a rock on those idiot's heads or try to grab Leon and fly out of there."

[Jak]

"Could you lift him?" Aldan asked "or rather... could you lift him, then deal with soldiers that either cling on or shoot arrows?"

[Rifter]

"...Probably not." Kal conceded, "I could probably lift Valene, maybe you, but I don't think I can carry Leon."

Then an idea struck, "If I could fly, what if we take the soldiers by surprise by me dropping in from above, and you and Valene coming in from the sides." Looking at his wings, "Well... I could probably squeeze some flight time out of this wing until I'm fully grounded."

[Jak]

"In and out? If were fast enough maybe, but... They may have reached one of their interrogation camps by now. That is, if they don't already know Leon is..." Aldan hung his head as dread washed over him. Interrogation Camps were a new institution that was present in every kingdom, no matter whether or not the ruler tolerated dragon blood or not, and took any who might know something about a Dragon Marked.

Aldan's old home, while out in the middle of a forest, was not far from one such camp. He spent many a sleepless night listening to the pained howls that camp from the camp at night.

[Rynn]

Valene sat and watched the two talk. They had great ideas, but with Kal injured and her and Aldan having low fighting skills, it wouldn't work that well. One of them could be captured, or all of them...

Her idea wasn't that great either. She could go in, but how would she get in? And what would she do?...

"This situation really sucks right now..." Valene felt exhausted.

[Rifter]

Kal's eyes dropped, "The camps...." He knew what Alden felt as he had camped not far from one of those camps a few weeks back, he was sorely tempted to raze the hell out of it, but he knew better.

[Jak]

((An update on poor Leon))

Leon screeched as he was yet again electrocuted. They had stripped him down to nothing, as they did with every prisoner, and found his mark. "Where are the others, lizard blood!" His torturer barked. Leon panted, then smiled and said "keep this up... and I'll just have to bite my tongue out won't I?"

[Rynn]

"Well... I want to do the typical heroic thing and break in to save Leon, but... this is reality. I have no idea if we could pull it off..."

[Jak]

Aldan got up and said "we... we'll never save Leon by wallowing in despair here... we either do it, or... or forget about him"

[Rifter]

"Well...I do owe him and my mom always taught me to repay my debts... So..." Kal trailed off, brain at a standstill for coming up with a plan of action.

[Rynn]

"I do want to go back too. But... anyone have any good ideas on how to do so?" Valene couldn't think of anything. She was trained as a blacksmith, and, not to brag, but she had a lot more comfort in her life. She didn't have to watch her back as often. With a non visible trait and her Dragon Mark hidden easily, she didn't have to worry.

[Rifter]

"The only thing I can think of is that we somehow set fire to the camp, and one of us gets in there amid the confusion and gets Leon the hell out of there."

[Jak]

"The camps are fortified by metal, we'd more likely cook Leon that way"

[Rifter]

"Huh." Kal said shortly. He had never actually seen one of the camps, he tended to stay clear of them and soldiers.

[Jak]

((The camps are closer to small fortresses))

Aldan started walking and said "we'll get better ideas once we see what we're walking into"

[Rynn]

"Well, I think we can modify your plan Kal. Instead of fire, we could create some sort of distraction or create confusion in the camp. Then we can have one of us run in there and get Leon."
