Agni laughed and smiled as he said "you make odd connections"

[Rifter]

Trass chuckled, "When you're dealing with the unknown, you have make seemingly improbable connections. I could go on for a long time, but I'm getting tired."

Turning his head, "What is Tahmores usually like? When he's not working himself to the bone."

[Jak]

"Sleeping," Agni replied flatly "he has made an oath to devote his entire being into creating true emotions for robots. He has succeeded in anger, sadness, and content, but alas that is all he has for now, and I know it's eating away at him. It seems I just can't respond like Vivek did, try as I might. But I did not know Vivek. Did he like reading? Or was it dull? Was he a listener? Or did he chat your ear off? I will never be Vivek... and it breaks my heart to disappoint him so"

[Rifter]

Looking back up at the ceiling, he closed his eyes, almost immediately equations began floating and dancing about him, "Huh... Did he try talking to Tetraval? He seems to have succeeded with Wryn."

Meanwhile, Tetraval had finally received the boxes of scrap and now they sat in the middle of his dorm's room. Tetraval stood above the boxes pinching and rubbing the bridge of his nose as Wryn sat cross-legged in the violet leather office chair watching him, "Why must people be so difficult?" He sighed.

"Perhaps that man was difficult as you and I frightened him." Wryn suggested.

Looking up at her, "Huh?"

"You're the son of one of the most influential men known and I frighten by association with you. Cascade effect. Let's face it, a lot of people can tell I'm not human just by looking at me. That scares them too."

Tetraval shook his head, not wanting to carry on with the conversation. Stepping forwards, he picked up one box, carried it over to one corner of the room and dumped the metal onto the floor. Almost immediately, a silvery mist detached from the wall that still had the hole on it and descended on the metal which slowly began to vanish. Looking at the mist, "Once you're done and have extra nanometal in you, deposit it in the tank on Wryn's machine, then go inactive." The mist responded with a motion not dissimilar to a nod.

[Jak]

((Wait, if Wryn can truly feel then Tahmores' experiment is cancelled out. He wouldn't be at the school because they would have told him it was already done))

Agni looked at Trass and said "while I have no doubts about his intellect, has Tetraval made Wryn able to truly feel, or just simulate it seamlessly?"

[Rifter]

"Well... It could be either case. Only time will ultimately tell." Trass chuckled, another time joke.

[Jak]

Agni thought for a moment before replying with a smile "well, I have been wanting to get to know Wryn better. Due to my work I have little time to spare, and what time I do have is usually spent caring for Tahmores"

((Could it be... ROBOT LOVE?! lol XD))

[Rifter]

"Busy bot." Trass chuckled.

[Jak]

Agni looked toward the door and said "you're telling me. A student gave me a beeper so whenever someone needs me they can 'beep' me." He went to the door and said "I must be off. Either a student 'beep'ed me in their sleep, or they are in need of a lecture on school policy"

[Rifter]

"See you later Agni." Trass waved to him from his bed.

[Jak]

Tahmores was up with the sun. Since breakfast wasn't being served yet he decided to go straight to work. Agni was 'sleeping' sitting at the end of Tahmores' bed

[Rifter]

Trass awoke groggily, late night again, looking over through sleepy eyes, "Morning, Tahmores."

Tetraval awoke to a sight he was used to, a messy room, the floor covered in wires, paper notes, high caffeine soda cans and Wryn encapsulated in the machine that sat beside his desk and connected to his laptop. The screen on the computer told him that her charging cycle still needed a while. He let his head flop back down onto his pillow, "I hope they have better coffee down there..." He muttered to himself.

That's the main problem, Wryn requires nightly charging, not exactly what I'm aiming for with this project. He thought to himself.

[Jak]

Tahmores didn't notice someone was addressing him. He was muttering under his breath about incompatible ingredients.

[Rifter]

Waving his hand, he dismissed the notion of communicating with Tahmores now that he remembered what Agni had said about him getting extremely involved in his work.

[Jak]

Agni chuckled and said "having communication troubles?"

[Rifter]

Trass shrugged, "I guess. I suppose that this is something I'll have to get used to?"

Tetraval was just finishing getting cleaned up and putting on his lab coat as Wryn stepped out her machine. Yawning, "Mornin'. Sleep well?"

Tetraval shook his head, "You know better than anyone that I don't sleep much anymore." Wryn laughed but said nothing.

Rolling his eyes, "Come on, they should have breakfast ready by now." He moved towards the door.

[Jak]

Agni got up and replied "sadly yes. Come, shall we get you and Tahmores some food and drink?"

[Rifter]

Standing up, being still dressed in his clothes from yesterday, "Why not?" Moving towards the door, "What's the coffee in this place like?"

[Jak]

Agni chuckled and said "I would not know. I don't drink, and Tahmores prefers tea"

[Rifter]

"Huh." Trass muttered as he walked down the hall as the other students stumbled out of their dorms. Spotting Tetraval and Wryn, he hailed them, they stopped and waited for him.

Catching up, "Morning Trass." Tetraval said.

"Hey Tetraval. Question for you: Does this place have decent coffee?"

Moving his head back and forth, "Ehhh... Sort of. I usually get breakfast here then go to a cafe that's on campus for my coffee fix. I've been sending letters to administration about talking to the people over about opening franchise actually inside of the school. No answer." He huffed.

[Jak]

"would you like me to pursue this for you?" Agni offered

[Rifter]

Tetraval flinched slightly, not expecting the offer at all, "Allow me to send one more letter tonight. If I get no answer after that, then you have permission Agni."

[Jak]

Agni bowed and said "as you wish"
