Just as a kind of preliminary note, it's kind of a cross between Spore, the Age of War flash game, and a few other games I've found on Steam, I have to find those again... I'll write down more info for you guys.

I didn't see anything useful TT^TT Although I did learn one thing: No thoughts enter my mind when getting a needle other than 'NO!'

Huh... Okay... I do have a few more things that come immediately to mind:
a) Meditation
b) Forcing yourself to avoid that thought and keeping yourself from focusing on the needle
c) Thinking of something completely different

I know these might seem really tough, but they work for me when I'm getting a needle...or several...

I know that 'prize at the end' thinking isn't helping much (the game that was going to be my gift is now my 'get the needle' prize) I've never tried listening to music before.

All I know is when faced with a needle all my muscles get tense, my heart races, and I can't think. I get hysterical with fear

I'm getting a 3DS for Pokemon X & Y. The "Mega Evolutions" are frigging amazing. I think Gamefreak has finally done it right.

Yep. Me no want it. You can't fold it to stamp the map in LoZ: Phantom Hourglass. Le nope.

Oh yea lol. And I just think it looks ridiculous. I thought about buying it because it was cheaper and I don't care for the 3D function, but i would end up hating it later on.

Pretty much; thing's designed to play 3DS games sans the 3D function. If I want 2D, I'll just turn down the 3D slider on the 3DS, thank you very much.

By the looks of it and people's comments I think they designed it for little kids under 7 or 8, since the 3DS warns that kids under 8 shouldn't be playing on the 3DS with the 3D on. This way it's not an option, and then someone else claimed that since it doesn't fold its not as breakable. That's true but it can still be broken if the kid doesn't take care of it well.
