Thus far, I've done a fair bit of budget planning for next year's AN. I've chosen four promising hotels to check out when more information comes out and will be doing the calculations either tonight or tomorrow.

This is fun. [/sarcasm]

But, creating the cosplays will be legit fun.

*sigh* Just did some quick preliminary calculations, barring everything outside of registration costs and hotel fees (Doubletree hotel & 4 nights), it'll run me about $603. Something tells me it's a good thing I decided to wait until 2014 to go.... >_<

True. Currently looking at restaurants in the area of the four hotels just to get an idea of what's around. The Raddisson is looking promising right now, nice and close to some of my favourite restaurants and really close to the TCC.

What does Wind Kokoro stones need to form?

The user must be confined in some way: Slavery, an actual cage, anything that leaves them feeling like they have no freedom. Then, rather than breaking and allowing it, they break down and form the Kokoro Stone.

Thing is, there must be absolutely no room for freedom if they are to create a Wind Kokoro

Maybe he came from a town with strict social protocol. On top of that, his father forced ideals and expectations on him. Then, slavers come, kills his family and takes him to sell. After being sold to an abusive owner he develops the Kokoro Stone

That's a minimum example

Just running this by you, when Lucas gets the Wind Kokoro Stone, he uses it's power to escape but he still remains imprisoned under the fear of the lord I'm using as the "abusive master" finding him and doing something to him. Would that work? Him continually looking over his shoulder for the guards of this lord and/or the lord himself?

He doesn't have to continue being scared after he makes the stone. If you want him to, sure. But it's unnecessary to his stone. Once the stone is made, it's made
