Deoge never volunteered for The Hunger Games after he lost his brothers Severus and Siegfried. Both were killed using blades he forged

Bio: Seipris is a renowned Hunger Games Stylist. He never fails to please with his designs. At a young age his parents gave him implants in his legs to increase his height as a 'gift'. In all honesty, Seipris hated how dressed-up and fake The Capitol looked. He never wanted to alter his looks, but his parents would guilt him with their hysterics over how embarrassing he was to them. He also hated how the suffering of the districts was so blatantly ignored. Sadly, Seipris had no power to help the districts and he knew it. All he could do was dress up his tributes, and convince them it wasn't a funeral parade.
