The Suffering Empty Allen Riddick and Dezi Acosta

Post  Jak Tue Mar 19, 2013 11:25 pm

Name: Allen Riddick
Age: 27
Gender: Male
Height: 5' 11"
Correctional Officer or Convict: CO
Bio: Allen was a street kid surviving city riots day in and day out. He took it upon himself to protect other children from the senseless killing. The riots finally ended by the time Allen was 13 years old. An elderly couple found him and took him in, his ex-military father teaching him how to defend himself and others. Allen was posted at Abbott State Penitentiary after many years of serving as a CO and proving to be a just officer.
Appearance:
The Suffering Tumblr30
Other: Officer Riddick never beats a prisoner for the hell of it. If there's one thing all prisoners know, it's this: Tow the line, and Officer Riddick has your back

Name: Dezi Acosta (means: Desired Coast)
Age: 21
Gender: Male
Height: 5' 4"
Correctional Officer or Convict: Convict
Bio: Dezi has a saying to sum up his life "death follows me. He likes me, but would much prefer your life." This saying isn't too far off. At age 6 his father was killed by a rival drug dealer, a few months later his mother died of a broken heart, at age 10 his sister was taken by the drug dealer that killed their father, and he was left to die in the streets. And this was before leaving Spain.

He stowed away on a ship and made it to Baltimore. There he survived on the charity of the few kind souls that resided in Baltimore. He was eventually taken in by a woman that ran an orphanage for poor street children. Things seemed to be going well, he wasn't adopted but he found a job and place to stay. He eventually married and had four beautiful daughters, but one night something was wrong. Dezi claims he awoke to someone breaking into his home, and when he went to investigate his family was dead at the feet of a shadowy figure. Police didn't believe Dezi because there was no sign of forced entry and Dezi was covered in their blood.

In prison, Dezi learned quickly that being small was dangerous. One night his cell mate 'got restless' for the seventh night in a row and went for Dezi. Dezi, with a shiv he traded for with favors, stabbed his cell mate several times in the groin and then slit his throat. Do what you must to survive, right?

He was later transferred to Abbott State Penitentiary. He was often beaten by COs, but because he towed the line Officer Riddick came to the rescue when possible. Dezi has crossed the line a few times, mostly going from defending himself to just attacking his former attacker after being pulled apart.
Appearance:
The Suffering Spain_12
Other: Dezi's small size allows him to enter vents to bypass rubble and locked doors if need be. When it comes to locked doors, when with the other characters, Dezi can go through the vent to unlock the door from the other side
